HISTORY Company History

1950 March
Company established; capital: 500,000 JPY
1951 April
Certified as a designated supplier by the Alcohol Division of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (now Alcohol Division, New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization).
1955 December
Head office and plant newly established in Edo-cho, Minami-ku, Nagoya.
1958 December
Tokyo liaison office opened in line with business expansion.
1960 October
New office and plant constructed in Toyoake Town, and operations relocated there.
1961 February
Approved by the Minister of Labour as a Class-1 pressure vessel manufacturing plant.
1961 April
Registered as a construction contractor.
1961 November
Succeeded in manufacturing an ultra-fine mill “Vibrating Mill” and commenced sales.
1973 February
Office and plant relocated to the present address and operations started.
1975 January
Technical alliance with Matsuzaka Boeki Co., Ltd. (West Germany Humboldt) for vibrating mill manufacturing.
1980 September
Developed and launched the FV Mill and MCN ball/pot.
1986 March
Developed and launched the vacuum steam system “V-Steamer.”
1987 March
Developed and launched the CD-type continuous vibrating mill.
1987 September
Developed and launched an air-assisted vibrating fluidized bed system.
1993 April
Jointly developed GL-lined VU-type vibrating dryer with NGK Insulators, Ltd. and launched sales.
1993 June
Developed and launched the Vibro-Kneader applying vibrating mill technology.
1998 June
Obtained ISO 9001 certification for head office and plant.
1998 December
Concluded an agreement with Siebtechnik (Germany) for domestic manufacturing and sales of vibrating mills.
2000 November
Concluded a technology licensing agreement with Lödige Industries GmbH (Germany) for vibrating dryers.
2003 July
Obtained European patent “EP1079188” for horizontal vibrating dryers (validated in Germany).
2007 August
Started sales of a bead washing and drying machine (vibrating type).
2008 February
Started sales of a vibrating fluidized disperser that dries and simultaneously disperses nanoparticles.
2009 August
Started sales of the ultra-compact vibrating dryer “Mamekan.”
2015 April
Launched the VUF-type vibrating filtration dryer.
2016 November
Launched a freeze-type vibrating dryer.
2020 May
Selected for the FY2020 Aichi Prefecture Creative R&D Subsidy Program: “R&D of equipment that converts caking powders into free-flowing powder using vibration and microwave heating.”
2020 June
Obtained Category C certification under the SME Business Strengthening Act from the Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry in line with digitalization of our test laboratory.
2020 July
Participated in the FY2020 “Corporate Collaboration Technology Development Support Project” for development of abrasives using cellulose nanofibers.
2022 January
Closed the Osaka sales office.
2022 August
Selected for the FY2022 “Go-Tech (Growth-Oriented SMEs R&D Support) Project”: “R&D of a next-generation vibrating dryer using microwaves to produce ultra-precision powders.”
