By subjecting the milling chamber to high-speed circular vibration, strong impact forces are generated between the milling media and the material. This enables ultrafine milling of extremely hard materials, such as diamond.

Vibrating Dryers Contamination-Free Drying!

The drying chamber is vibrated so that the powder is agitated only by vibration (i.e., there are no agitator blades inside the drying chamber). As a result:

  • No contamination from agitator blade shaft seals
  • No contamination due to wear of agitator blades
  • Minimal contamination due to wear of the chamber

In addition, a wide range of linings is available to prevent various types of contamination.
