Our main exhibit will be as follows:

・Microwave Vibrating Dryer

CHUO KAKOHKI’s vibrating dryer is a unique drying system in which the entire unit is mounted on springs and vibrated in a high-speed circular motion. This vibration energy fluidizes powder and granular materials, enabling efficient and uniform drying through indirect heating.

The Microwave Vibrating Dryer to be introduced at this exhibition is a new type of dryer that, in addition to conventional indirect heating and vacuum drying, enables direct heating drying using microwave heating.

This system is expected to shorten drying time and reduce agglomerates.
Through the Go-Tech Project, we aim to suppress the contamination of metallic wear particles and achieve even higher-quality powder drying.
