A vibrating dryer is equipment that generates high-speed circular vibrations of the drying chamber on springs, agitates powder using only vibration, and dries materials through indirect heating under vacuum conditions.

FEATURES

  • Contamination‑Free Drying!

    The drying chamber is vibrated so that the powder is agitated only by vibration (i.e., there are no agitator blades inside the drying chamber). As a result:

    • No contamination from agitator blade shaft seals
    • No contamination due to wear of agitator blades
    • Minimal contamination due to wear of the chamber

    In addition, a wide range of linings is available to prevent various types of contamination.

    Note: "No foreign matter contamination" refers to "contamination-free" or "contami-free."

    Foreign matter can easily enter through the shaft seal section.
    Simple structure without agitator blades prevents foreign matter contamination.
