What is a Vibrating Mill?

A vibrating mill is equipment that grinds materials in a short time by generating high‑speed circular vibration of a milling chamber containing media and raw materials on springs, causing intense collisions between the media and materials.

    This enables ultrafine milling of extremely hard materials, such as diamond.

Especially used in laboratory and research applications for crushing, mixing, and dispersion.

As nylon is an organic material, even if it becomes mixed with inorganic raw materials, it will decompose and be eliminated during any subsequent firing process, therefore not creating impurities.

Soundproof Enclosure

Custom-made enclosures can be manufactured as required.

While vibrating mills generate noise levels of 90-110 dB during operation, installing a soundproof enclosure can reduce this by 10-15 dB.
